• Phone Number: Collected when you register or verify your identity via OTP sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Email Address: Optionally provided during registration for account verification.
• Name: Optionally provided during registration to personalise your experience.

• Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, colonies and plots viewed, search queries, and map interactions.

Proptics uses the WhatsApp Business API (via Meta Business Platform) to send transactional and marketing messages. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive:

• OTP verification codes for account login.
• Property availability updates for plots you have expressed interest in.
• New listing alerts for colonies you have bookmarked.
• Promotional offers and announcements from Proptics.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or contact us at privacy@proptics.in. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional OTP messages.

Data Sharing with Meta: When you interact with us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your phone number or personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use Twilio Verify to send OTP codes via SMS. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely to deliver the OTP. Twilio's use of your data is governed by Twilio Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS). Security measures include:

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS.
• Secure session tokens with expiry periods.
• OTP codes that expire within 10 minutes.
• Role-based access controls on our database.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

• No third-party advertising cookies without your consent.
